Richard Kershaw is beroemd om z’n buitengewoon mooie koel-klimaatwijnen uit de Zuid-Afrikaanse wijnstreek Elgin. Deze Britse Master of Wine kijkt echter graag verder dan zijn neus lang is. Zodoende ging hij op onderzoek uit in de omgeving rondom Elgin, op zoek naar spannende terroirs.
