Intense, volle, eikengerijpte witte wijn. Lichtgeel gekleurd, met een complexe geur van rijp geel fruit (abrikoos, nectarine), tijm en vanille. Vol, sappig in de aanzet en een rijke, romige smaakstructuur. Past mooi bij bijvoorbeeld gegrilde kip en vis met romige saus. Verleidelijk, rond en zacht met een nuance van honing in de afdronk. Vanaf 3 jaar op dronk; houdbaar tot 6-7 jaar na de oogst.
